The weekly MWWB vegetable was kale.
My friend Sara (with whom I split the box) and I have never really cooked with kale before so we did some research and found a few recipes. We tried two of them!
1. Kale and spinach turnovers (with onions, feta, parmesan and garlic)
2. Kale chips (baked in the oven after coating them with olive oil and salt and pepper)
