Culinary adventure: French toast with blackberry sauce

A couple days after moving (yep, that happened last weekend), I remembered that I still had most of my whole wheat sour dough bread from last weeks’ MWWB.

My housemate left Sunday (abandoning some blackberries in the fridge which were one the verge of molding).

AND…added bonus…French toast uses milk and eggs. (Seriously, I have so much milk and so many eggs, but I’m starting to get it under control).

Anyway, this was delicious.
